1. Service Description

FundFuel is an automated cryptocurrency trading tool that connects to the Binance exchange via API. The platform monitors markets and executes buy and sell orders on the user’s behalf based on pre-configured strategies. FundFuel acts solely as a software tool—it is not an exchange, broker, or custodian of funds.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use FundFuel. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that your use of the platform complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that cryptocurrency trading is legal in your jurisdiction.

3. No Financial Advice Disclaimer

All trades executed through FundFuel are at the user’s own risk. Past performance of any trading strategy is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and that you may lose some or all of your invested capital. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FundFuel and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Trading losses or unrealised gains
• Errors or interruptions in API connectivity
• Exchange downtime, maintenance, or service disruptions on Binance
• Market volatility, flash crashes, or sudden price movements
• Unauthorised access to your account due to compromised credentials

5. API Key Handling

Users provide their own Binance API keys to enable automated trading. FundFuel handles these keys with the highest security standards:

• All API keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
• Keys are stored securely and never logged in plaintext.
• FundFuel never requests or holds withdrawal permissions. Only trading permissions are used.
• You are responsible for generating API keys with appropriate permission scopes and IP restrictions on your Binance account.

6. Data Retention

User data, including account information and trade history, is stored in Supabase with servers located in the EU region, in compliance with GDPR requirements. Upon receiving an account deletion request, all associated user data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days. To request deletion, contact us at support@fundfuel.io.

7. Subscription & Billing

FundFuel offers the following subscription tiers:

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months or unused portions of a subscription period.

9. Modifications to These Terms

FundFuel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, users will be notified via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
